I got my new Elzybells stamps today, including Raining Hearts which I used on this card. I also found out about the Stamps R Us challenge here, which is to create a project based on the theme Showers. Perfect timing then!
The hearts on the background and 'Hugs and Kisses' are from the Scrumptious stamp set by Papermania which is the fifth item on this page.
