Hello.
I haven't blogged for a while as I haven't really made anything. When I have had time for crafting I just haven't felt like making anything. But today I got to spend most of the day at my craft desk and I've had some Christmas music playing so I've been working on my Christmas cards.
I bought some 8x8 cards last month to make Christmas cards for mine and James' families and this is the first one I've used. I kept this one fairly simple just three squares of paper, a stamp, some brads and some faux stitching. That lovely image was from a magazine freebie set by Adam Pescott. The holly paper is from the Christmas Village 6x6 pad by First Edition Papers, and the red paper is from Papermania's Vintage Christmas 8x8 pad. I'll decide who's getting which card when I have them all ready.

What a sweet bear Mary Kate. Now you have started you Christmas cards you will be able to zip into them with renewed vigour. I think it is good to have a break and to do different things -it keeps us zippy!
Love your card! Such a cute focal image! Fun use of the grades and the stitching around it.
Super cute holiday card! Glad you had time and inspiration to create!
