The spotlight technique is the the 8th part of the 31 Day Card Challenge. Usually when I do the spotlight technique I use a landscape image, so I thought I'd try something different this time. This is I'm Ba-aaack by Delicious Doodles.
Wow! You never cease to amaze me. This technique rocks with this stamp. It really added to the scarey, creepy feel of the image and that background is perfect as she pops out at you.
