The natural look

Hello.
Other than my Christmas cards a few posts back most of my cards recently have been made using digi stamps so I have challenged myself not to use them for a couple of days. Here is my first non-digi card.

Cutest!

Hello.
Here is my card for the Krafty Girls Challenge, using Download Diva.
Here is the inside.

Roxette easel

Hello.
It's been a while since I did three posts in one day, but I've been busy today and I wanted to share everything. Roxette is from Make It Crafty, and I coloured her using a mixture of promarkers and sakura pens.

Unique

Hello.
This image by Digi Stamps 4 Joy reminded me of one of my friends as she loves to try out different syles with her hair, so this will be going to her at some point.

Christmas in September part 2

Hello.
Here are the second five of my ten Christmas cards for September. All of these were made using only the Nitwit Collections 'Still Jolly Hearts' activity pack which came with this months issue of Simply Cards and Papercraft.

CAS sympathy

Hello.
I spent most of today finishing off an order so I just had time to make this CAS card using this weeks D2D freebie.

Drummer

Hello.
Here is my card using one of the other Kenny K images I bought recently. I coloured him using pencils which is not something I do often, but I thought they would be the easiest way to get all the small parts like his tattoos.

Devilish Donna

Hello.
Kenny K has so many great designs in his shop it was hard for me to limit myself to only buying three, but I managed it and Devilish Donna is one of the images I chose. I created the background using the 'Rock Star' set by Inkadinkado.

Glitter fairy

Hello.
I used another image of the cute fairy from Beccy's Place for this card. Those glittery papers ended up getting glitter all over the place, but I think it was worth it!

Daisy

Hello.
Today's card is just a quick and simple one. Image and sentiment are both from Doodle Pantry.

Geeky gift set

Hello.
Yesterday i went shopping and found a book called 'Night of the Living Trekkies'. I had to buy it since James is a fan of both Zombies and Star Trek. Then today I found this Zombie freebie on Make It Crafty, so I merged the two together to make this gift set for him.
Here is the card by itself.
And here is the bookmark by itself.

Cats and Pumpkins

Hello.
I have a couple of cards to share today, both using similar images. The first uses this weeks DI freebie.
The inside:
The second card uses an image from Patties Creations, which was from a challenge on CDAC.

Both cards were finished using the 'Happy Haunting' set by Elzybells.

The Lord is good.

Hello.
I am hoping by the time this post appears the card will have made it's way to it's recipient. This sentiment is from Doodle Pantry.

Chillin'

Hello.
I recently printed off a lot of digi stamps, which is why all the last few (and the next few) posts are using digi stamps. This image was the Kenny K freebie a couple of months back. The papers are from the 'Just Chillin Girls' 6x6 pad by Making Memories. I added a pearl and a bit of embroidery thread to finish off.

You make me smile

Hello.
I got my favourite sentiment set out again for this card. Those Kidz Quotes are just too cute! The image is this months freebie from Kenny K.
I added a strip of paper on the inside too, just to finish it off.

So tweet!

Hello.
More digi freebies! Can you tell I've been collecting them? This time the two images come from Doodle Pantry and the sentiment is from Fire Cracker.

Toffee Apples

Hello.
This weeks TUIC challenge is being hosted by Karen. We have to make something showing what we enjoy about the coming season, click the link for full details. A couple of things I love about Autumn are toffee apples and the bonfire toffee that my mum makes, along with the colours of the fallen leaves. The image is by fire cracker and the layout is based on last week Mojo Monday sketch.

Fantastic!

Hello.
This cute fairy is called Deidre and she came from Beccy's Place. There are so many sweet images on her blog.

Daisy chain

Hello.
Here is my card using this weeks DI freebie. The collar and buttons reminded me of a dress my cousin has, so I coloured it to look like that's what the bear is wearing. The sentiment is from a sheet of freebies by Fire Cracker designs.

Star!

Hello.
Last week I decided I would give the SCS sketch challenge a go because I haven't done one for a while. The card sat unfinished for a few days, but now I have gone back to it.
Here is the sketch.

More good luck.

Hello.
A couple of posts back I shared with you the good luck card I will soon be giving to my cousin. Today's card is the one that will be going to her boyfriend. They both leave for Sunderland University on Saturday.

Also, I thought I would share with you a little of what I've been up to the past few days which has kept me from blogging. My friend had a party on Friday night to celebrate her new roommate moving in. Most of Saturday was spent recovering.

Then on Sunday I went with James and his parents to the National Space Centre for a Doctor Who convention. Here is a photo of me and James with The Doctor and Amy (not the real actors) in front of the Tardis.

Snow Day

Hello.
A clean and simple winter card to share today. None of the traditional Chrsitmas greetings would fit, so I went with something Wintery instead. The image is by Pollycraft.

Skelekinz Good Luck!

Hello.
My cousin and her boyfriend leave for University in less than two weeks. This is the card I am sending to her to wish her good luck while she is there. I will be working on one for her boyfriend over the next couple of days.

Autumn Leaves

Hello.
I've been trying to catch up with the D2D weekly freebie, so here is my card using this weeks image. I am looking for an image of a squirrell to put in the middle of the frame, so if anyone can direct me towards a cute one I would appreciate it.
Here's a side-on shot to show the layering I did with the leaves.

Trick or Treat

Hello.
I've noticed a few Halloween cards have started to pop up so I thought I would have a go at making one. This fun image is another by Dustin Pike.

Good Luck

Hello.
Today was the last day for one of my colleagues, so I have made this card which will be sent by me and James to wish him good luck in his new job. The image is by Dustin Pike.

Bunny

Hello.
On CDAC the Digi Drawn group has a couple of freebies to play with. This adorable bunny is one of those freebies. I coloured the bunny grey because I have a stuffed animal which looks just like this.

Christmas in August and September

Hello.
I didn't manage to make my ten Christmas cards for August so today I have made fifteen. Ten of these are counting for August's cards and the other five will be the first half of Septembers. The paper is from the 'Rose Tinted Christmas' 6x6 pad by Papermania. There are five sheets of each design, so I used all the five for this design to create my fifteen cards. These are probably the quickest and easiest card sets I have made.

Papers

Hello.
I have something a little different than usual to share with you. I was playing around on Paint Shop Pro and decided to make a few papers using this image. I thought I would share them here because I would love for you to use them, and I would really love to see what any of you create with them.
