My Birthday Card

Hello.
Thank you to everyone that left me birthday messages. I spent a lovely evening with my family. We all met at my Grandma's house, ordered a take away and played a mixture of board games and Wii games. I was given lots of new craft goodies, and a promise of a trip to Craftzone. I can't wait to play with all my new things. This post is mostly to share the amazing birthday card which was hand painted for me by my wonderful FiancĂ© though. We are both big fans of the Scott Pilgrim comics and the film, so I absolutely loved this card.

Gothic Wedding Card

Hello.
Today is my birthday! Tomorrow I will be going out with my friends to celebrate, but at the same time we will be celebrating one of my school friends hen nights. This is the card I will be giving her for her wedding.

Polymer Clay Creations

Hello.
I have a few polymer clay items to share. The first is this (slightly out of focus) Elephant key ring. Because it has so many parts which will easily break off I don't think it will ever get used, but it was fun to make.

I finished the first of these apple earrings a while back. The second one has been waiting to be varnished, which I finally got around to doing.

This one was also made quite a while ago, but I wasn't sure how to paint it. The clay is actually green, but it has ended up being a purple patchwork cat-like creature.

Guitar Hero

Hello.
This is for another of James' cousins. It's based on the Guitar Hero video games. The circles are punched from white card and then coloured using promarkers. The guitar comes from the 'For Him' set which came with Creative Stamping magazine. I embossed a Hobbycraft sentiment over the guitar. That embossing powder smells of cinnamon, but I had to use it because it's the only red I have.

Gardening

Hello.
This is the third of the five birthday cards. This one is for James' Granddad. He grows vegetables so I used this gardening image from Beccy's Place. The sentiment is from Stampology's Worth Repeating. I stamped the full birthday stamp in brown and then went over just one in black to make it stand out.
